Welding Procedure Qualification
Welding Procedure Qualification and Specification (WPS / PQR) Services are performed onsite to allow for a quick turn around. The nondestructive and destructive testing requirements are performed by our qualified and certified personnel. Prequalified Welding Procedures (pWPS) developed by our Certified Welding Inspectors are also available. Codes and Standards include ASME, API, AWS, DNV, MIL, and ABS.
Welder Performance Qualification
Mandina’s Inspection offers Welder Performance Qualifications and Production Weld Testing services (FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW) as well as Specialized Testing including API 1104 Appendix B – In-service Weld Testing for Sleeve and Branch welds. We also provide off-site welder performance and procedure qualification testing by our certified CWI/VT inspectors.
Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)
Whether for welding procedure qualification or stand alone project requirement, Preheat, Post Weld Heat treatment and Stress Relief services are available.
