Corporate and Responsible Level III

Level III services are offered to companies that are interested in having an In-house Quality Program for Non-Destructive Testing and are required to perform these duties in accordance with current Codes and Standards. Expert Witness

With over 30 years as an NDT Level III and 40 in the NDT Industry, we provide clients in need of expert witness services regarding quality, safety, failure, incidents and liability. In addition to his noteworthy experience across the NDT industries, he maintains his ASNT NDT Level III, AWS, API, and ASQ Certifications. Mr. Mandina has a unique ability to explain complex technical information to concepts that are understood by the courtroom gallery, jurors, lawyers, and judges.

NDT Technical Writing

NDT complete QA Programs, Written Practice, NDT Method and Technique Procedures (Company, Industry and Code Specific), Technique Sheets, Work Instructions, and Ultrasonic Testing Scan Plans.

ASQ Quality Audits

Audit Services include: in-house NDT program compliance, evaluation of contractor compliance to clients’ governing codes, standards and HSE, NDT and SOP procedures, and 3rd party facilities and inspection companies.
