Course Description:
This course exposes students to the requirements of various Codes such as AWS, ASME, API and ABS. It includes the requirements for receiving inspectors, welding inspection, In-service inspections. This course covers the responsibilities and duties of a visual inspector, welding processes, procedure specification and NDT certification. It encompassed Direct and indirect inspection techniques and the tools that are used.
